AIM accepts no monetary or in-kind compensation in exchange for the endorsement in it courses of any commercially available products. It is the policy of Advanced Implant Mentoring (AIM) to remain completely unbiased in its course creation and content. Advanced Implant Mentoring (AIM) is solely responsible for program content and faculty selection, thus ensuring impartiality. All sponsors give their support fully understanding this policy. AIM receives support from a number of suppliers in the form of educational grants, product supply for the procedures, and exhibit fees for small trade stands for the benefit of delegates. The AIM speakers are also retained and paid an honorarium from time to time to present their courses for the education of an implant or product supplier. Whenever an Advanced Implant Mentoring (AIM) faculty member is speaking at a course or lecture, the honorarium engagement is fully and completely disclosed within the first ten minutes of the presentation both verbally and visually.
AIM provides educational events for General Dentists and their staff to help enhance knowledge and understanding of general dentistry and its associated subjects. All participants should satisfy themselves that their knowledge and understanding of the subjects and procedures are at an acceptable level before introducing them into their practice. AIM accepts no liability for the actions of delegates in utilizing these procedures.
