The attending doctor should have the ability to impart changes to the practice situation he/she is involved with or want to become involved with.
Many doctors and their TEAMS spend hours learning clinical techniques to provide high quality care to their patients. Unfortunately, the practice may not be proficient in attracting, enrolling and retaining patients that WANT the care that the doctor and TEAM can now provide. This course focuses on the business components to have patients who are motivated to accept and pay for the treatments that you want to provide.
For the office that fully participates, they will leave the course with a better understanding of their business model, have a framework for marketing to appropriate patients, and an overview of a New Patient Process for their practice. The overall goal is increased case acceptance on patients that have a higher new patient value.
This is a two-day course that presents to the Doctor and the entire TEAM a framework for the development/refinement of their own practice business model. Once developed, the process that attracts and introduces New Patients to the practice is evaluated. This is facilitated by having the TEAM evaluate the type of new patient they wish to attract to their office and then develop a process tailored to that type of patient. The business model that will be highlighted will involve that of the Expanded Services Dental Practice. That is the general dentist who provides traditional services such as fillings, crowns, prophylactic services, removable prosthetics, as well as orthodontics, TMD, cosmetic services, endodontics, implant restoration and/or implant placement.
Mode of Instruction
This program will be given in lecture and workshop format. Each office will have breakout sessions to begin the development of their plan. A comprehensive hand out for each TEAM member is included.
$1495 doctor fee; $995 additional doctor same office, $395 each TEAM Member. Includes continental breakfast, light lunch, refreshments, and dinner the first evening.
