Conventional extraction techniques oft en result in reduced bone height and width, with associated esthetic and functional deficits. Learn how to remove the most difficult root tips predictably, with minimal trauma and hard and soft tissue loss. And perform simple and predictable graft ing procedures to maintain and augment bone as well as attached gingiva in and around the healing socket. Course Objective Provide the dental practitioner and clinical team with the didactic information and surgical techniques required to competently select cases for atraumatic extraction and then successfully regenerate bone into the sockets immediately aft er removal.
